Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates through a variety of paths, incl. job boards, careers page, social media, networking, and
others - Managing the entire recruitment process, from the initial interview through to an offer being made, to create a
great application experience - Conduct new-employee orientations and monitor career development
- Communicate with the accountant office and make sure that the whole documentation process is being done
to perfection - Administer various human resource plans and procedures for all company personnel; assists in the improvement
and implementation of Employee handbook and personnel policies and procedures, in conjunction with the
management - Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships
- Assisting with day to day operations
- Negotiates the purchase of office supplies and furniture, office equipment, etc., for the entire staff
- Co-coordinating with vendors for office supplies / consumables
- Handling petty cash and reporting its status on a daily basis
- Monthly finance reporting
- Assist with event planning and implementation
Requirements:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English
- Proven experience with HR and office management position
- Excellent knowledge about on boarding / off-boarding and relevant documentation required by the Bulgarian
law - Excellent organizational and strong communication skills
- Ability to work with a minimum supervision and keep strict deadlines
- Ability to say “no” and “there is a better way”
- Positiveness, flexibility and a can-do attitude
